Terms of Service - JuriLento

1. Introduction

Welcome to JuriLento, a platform offering specialized legal services for enterprises. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

JuriLento provides three categories of offerings: professional services, information products, and physical goods. Each category is governed by specific terms outlined below.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate with our team to ensure timely delivery. Misleading or incomplete data may affect the quality and timing of services.

4. Fees, Payment and Cancellation

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation requests for any service must be submitted via our contact form at least five days before the scheduled start date.

5. Policy on Cancellations

Cancellations made in compliance with section 4 will be processed in accordance with the refund and rescheduling rules below. Late cancellations may forfeit eligibility for credits or refunds.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Professional Services

If a professional service is canceled at least five days before its start date, JuriLento will issue a full refund processed within ten business days. Cancellations made less than five days prior are not eligible for a refund, but one rescheduling at no extra charge is permitted, subject to our availability.

6.2 Information Products

Information products are delivered electronically. Once a file has been downloaded or streamed, no refund can be issued due to immediate access. If delivery fails due to an error on our part, we will provide a replacement file or a credit toward another product.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be sent back unused within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Clients must notify JuriLento via our contact form within seven days of delivery to obtain a return authorization. Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item, within 15 business days of receipt.
